This form is only for students in the聽Bachelor of Arts Program.
- If you are enrolled in multiple courses for the semester and want to withdraw from one or more, you should use the Course Withdrawal form.
- If you are looking to withdraw from all your courses this semester, you must fill out a Leave of Absence form. This form can be found below labeled a Withdrawal/Leave of Absence form. Please refer to the instructions below.
- You are required to log in with your Agora Portal credentials to complete this form.
- If you are looking to pass/fail a course, you can do so on your course registration page. Please refer to this link for .
- You must speak with your Academic Advisor about the implications of passing/failing a course.
- Use this form to request a Leave of Absence from the entire semester or if you're withdrawing from all courses.
- A Leave of Absence means you are taking a break from attending classes for a semester or more.
- A Withdrawal request means you are requesting to no longer attend classes at Woods College.
- You are required to log in with your Agora Portal credentials to complete this form.

- If you have not actively enrolled in a degree program for a period of five years, you will be considered inactive and will have to reapply to continue in the program.
- If you have been inactive for less than five years, please reach out to聽wcas@bc.edu聽to be reactivated.聽
