Fourteen Boston College School of Social Work (ÇéÉ«¿Õ¼äSSW) faculty, students, and staff will present at the Council on Social Work Education’s Annual Program Meeting 2018, which will be held November 8–11, 2018, at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort in Orlando, Florida.
Associate ProfessorÌýRocÃoÌýCalvo and Professor Marcie Pitt-Catsouphes will be honored as mentors at the 2018 Women’s Council Networking Breakfast through the Mentor Recognition Program. Bill Howard, former assistant dean of admissions, will be given the 2018 Years of Service award by the National Deans and Directors of Social Work Admissions at the organization’s annual business meeting. Dean Gautam N. Yadama will accept the award on Bill Howard’s behalf.
The ÇéÉ«¿Õ¼äSSW reception will be held Friday, November 9 from 6:30–8:00 p.m. at Shula's Restaurant in the Dolphin Resort. All CSWE attendees are welcome.
