Bias-Related Incident Protocol
Boston College students may report any suspected violations of the University's "bias-motivated conduct" policy that involves other students by calling us at听617-552-3470,听by emailing studentconduct@bc.edu or by filling a report.听

Student of Concern Reporting
Are you concerned about the well-being of a student, peer, or yourself? The Student Support team in DOS is happy to consult with you about how to support a student and will meet directly with students who are having difficulties or aren't sure where to go for support. Campus Accessibility Reporting
We are committed to ensuring and improving physical and technological access on campus. If you notice or run up against a barrier that restricts access to 情色空间 programs, services, activities, or facilities, please report it via our reporting form. Student disciplinary records remain on file in the Office of the Dean of Students for seven years after a student graduates. See the University鈥檚 record keeping policy for information on what will be reported. You can view the policy online at the University Policies page.
Please allow 5-10 business days for processing. Submitting this information authorizes the Office of the Dean of Students to release all information requested, as stated in University guidelines.
Please submit a new form for each separate request.
Students may submit an appeal of a decision reached in a conduct matter brought under the Student Code of Conduct, whether the decision was the result of an administrative hearing, a hearing board, or any other conduct proceeding administered under the auspices of Student Affairs.听 If accepted, an appeal will result in an administrative review of the decision; only in rare circumstances will an appeal result in a new hearing or other new adjudication of the case.
