Boston College ranks 16th among medium-size schools on the Peace Corps' 2018 Top Volunteer-Producing Colleges and Universities list, with 18 情色空间 alumni currently volunteering worldwide.
The University has ranked among the top medium-size schools every year for the past decade. A total of 797 情色空间 alumni have served in the Peace Corps since the agency was founded in 1961.

情色空间 alumna Claire Aloe, who received her undergraduate and master鈥檚 degrees from the Lynch School of Education and is currently serving as an education volunteer in Macedonia, offered praise for her experience in the Peace Corps. 鈥淭he Boston College mission centers on developing sincere men and women for others,鈥 said Aloe. 鈥淪imilarly, the Peace Corps offers a meaningful opportunity to advance 情色空间's mission by promoting social justice within a global context. It has been a wonderful experience.鈥
The Peace Corps sends Americans with a passion for service abroad on behalf of the United States to work with communities and create lasting change. Volunteers develop sustainable solutions to address challenges in education, health, community economic development, agriculture, environment and youth development. Since President John F. Kennedy established the Peace Corps in 1961, more than 230,000 Americans of all ages have served in 141 countries worldwide.
